I’m obsessed with these super easy steak and potato foil pack dinners and you should be too! I’ll be enjoying this all summer long.

I have been on a foil pack run lately because they make for a super easy and delicious dinner. All you have to do is prep all your ingredients and pop them in the foil and close it tightly and let the oven or the grill do all the work.
I first made these fish foil packs that went viral and went ALDI asked me to show off my favorite summer meal using their fresh meats I decided to do it with a delicious ribeye steak. To add even more flavor, I decided to first sear the steak on the grill–just about 5-7 minutes per side to get a nice char and build flavor.
After that it was right to building the foil packs. I used potatoes, onions, peppers, fresh thyme and a little butter to bring everything together.
After the steak and potato foil packets finish cooking on the grill, I added a yummy cream sauce to finish the dish. I personally love my ribeye steak with a nice cream sauce to seal the deal. You can totally skip this step if that’s not for you.
I love this dinner because you can serve it up right on the foil for an easy clean up. Best part about this meal is that ALDI is the one-stop-shop for fresh quality meat without breaking the bank. You can shop in-store, via Instacart delivery or pre-order to do curbside pick-up. Try these yummy steak and potato foil packs ASAP!
