Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn husked
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • Fresh cilantro chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Drizzle the ears of corn with olive oil. Season with salt and cajun seasoning to taste.
  • Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Cook at 400 degrees
  • Cook the corn for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
  • While the corn is cooking, prepare the honey butter by melting butter and adding honey in a small bowl. Mix until well combined and a smooth glaze if formed
  • Once the corn is done, remove it from the air fryer and generously spoon on the honey butter
  • Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until nicely charred
  • Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro for a pop of color and added freshness.
  • Serve the corn hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add a sprinkle of chili powder or cayenne pepper to the honey butter.
  • This dish pairs perfectly with grilled meats, summer salads, or as a standalone appetizer for your next gathering.
