4cupshomemade apple cider
1 1/2cupswhiskey
1bottle750 ml Prosecco, chilled
1lemonsliced into rounds
1honey crispthinly sliced
2cinnamon sticks

Prepare the Apple Cider: Use my homemade instant pot apple cider recipe. Once ready, strain the mixture and allow it to cool. If using store-bought cider, ensure it’s fresh and of good quality.
Mix the Cocktail: In a large carafe, combine the homemade apple cider and whiskey. Stir well to mix the flavors.
Add the Garnishes: Add the sliced lemons, apples, and cinnamon sticks to the carafe. The fruits will infuse the drink with additional flavor and create a beautiful presentation.
Top with Prosecco: Just before serving, pour the chilled Prosecco into the carafe. Stir gently to combine, allowing the bubbles to integrate with the cider and whiskey.
Serve: Fill glasses with ice and pour the Apple Cider Smash over the top. Make sure each glass gets some of the fruit and a cinnamon stick for garnish. Enjoy the cozy, festive flavors with your guests!
