  • 2 tbsp of brown sugar plus more to taste
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of milk any type works
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil for frying

  • Prepare the bread: Cut each slice of brioche bread into thirds, creating perfect-sized sticks for dipping and frying.
  • Mix the batter: In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth. This fragrant mixture will infuse your French toast with irresistible flavor.
