2packages of Sweet Cream Pancake Mix from Pioneer + water
For cinnamon sugar topping
1/2cupsugar
1/3cupheavy cream
1tspvanilla extract
1tbspcinnamon
To serve
Cream cheese frostingstore-bought
Powdered sugar
Instructions
Prepare the pancake mix according to the box instructions.
In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup heavy cream, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp cinnamon.
Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and pour the pancake batter onto the cooking surface.
Drizzle the cinnamon sugar topping onto the uncooked side of each pancake in a swirl pattern.
Once bubbles start to form on the surface of the pancakes, flip them to cook the other side.
Remove the pancakes from the griddle and let them cool for a minute.
Drizzle cream cheese frosting over each pancake and dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
Loosen the storebought cream cheese mixture into a glaze by adding a couple tablespoons of heaving whipping cream and warming up for one minute in the microwave. Mix until glaze like consistency is formed.
