6Thomas’ Limited Edition Cranberry Bagelsor English Muffins, opened
6slicesthinly sliced deli hamor more as desired (you an also use any breakfast meat you prefer: bacon, sausage, turkey bacon etc)
⅓cupwhipped chive cream cheese
4slicesprovolone cheese
1cupshredded Colby Jack cheese
4large eggsbeaten with 3 tablespoons milk or heavy cream (can sub egg whites if desired)
2tablespoonsmelted butterfor brushing tops
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray the bottom of a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place the bottom halves of the Thomas’ Cranberry Bagels in the dish, fitting them close together. Set the tops aside.
Spread the whipped chive cream cheese evenly over each bagel bottom. Layer the provolone slices on top, then sprinkle the shredded Colby Jack cheese evenly over the surface. Bake for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese just starts to melt. Remove from the oven.
Add the thinly sliced deli ham evenly over the melted cheese. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk or cream, then pour evenly over the bagels and ham, letting it soak in slightly.
Place the bagel tops back on and brush them with melted butter. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the tops are golden brown.
Slice and serve this ham and cheese bagel bake warm for a festive, satisfying breakfast.
