Season salmon filets with seasoning blend and drizzle with olive oil
Massage the salmon and bklend seasoning into the fish
Air fry salmon for 10-12 minutes (depending on thickness of filet) at 375, then set aside
Melt butter in a non stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil
Once butter is melted, add inced garlic and sun dried tomato paste
Mix well to combine and add heavy cream or dairy alternative like coconut milk or dairy free heavy cream
Add parmesan cheese and mix well
Once sauce begins to thicken, add spinach and give a good mix
Season the sauce to taste and turn off the heat once it's reached your desired consistency
Once sauce is finish, add salmon back to sauce and liberally spoon sauce over salmon filets and serve warm over pasta, rice or mashed potatoes with a side of roasted broccoli
