1tspall-purpose seasoninglike Lawry’s or Goya

Preheat your oven to 400°F and position the rack in the top third of the oven to ensure even cooking and a nice golden finish.
Line a baking dish with lemon slices to create a flavorful base for your cod. This not only prevents sticking but also infuses the fish with fresh citrus flavor.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic paste, chopped parsley, all-purpose seasoning, smoked paprika, and kosher salt to taste.
