Heat oven to 325 degrees
Mix yellow cake mix according to package instructions adding egg, oil and cream cheese
Combine mix well using a hand or stand mixer and set aside
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, and cinnamon and set aside
Take a 9x13 cake pan and spray with pam non stick cake spray
Pour half the mixture, then spread half the cinnamon mixture evenly, pouring the second batch of mix on top
Finish the cake by adding one final layer of cinnamon mixture and using a knife or toothpick create swirls on top
Bake the cake according to package instructions until a knife inserted comes out clean
Allow cake to cool for 10 minutes prior to serving
For glaze, combine powdered sugar, vanilla and milk and whisk until smooth
Drizzle cooled cake with glaze and serve
