Goddess Power Salmon Bowl
This Goddess Power Salmon Bowl is a flavor packed, nutrient dense recipe that leaves room for customization.

- 1 lb salmon cut into bite sized portions
- 1 tbsp trader joes salmon seasoning or any seafood seasoning of choice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup white quinoa
- 2 cups bone broth
- Choose toppings of choice:
- Protein-packed edamame
- Sweet and tangy pickled red onions
- Peppery arugula for an extra kick
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Spicy mayo to tie everything together
Pat salmon dry, cut into bite sized portions and season to taste with 1 tbsp of olive oil
Heat remaining tbsp of olive oil in a non stick skillet
Sear salmon bites for 3 minutes per side on medium heat or until golden brown on each side
Remove salmon from pan and set aside
Cook quinoa in a small sauce pan with bone broth and salt to taste
Assemble bowl by placing quinoa on the bottom, followed by salmon and desired toppings and dressing
