Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg whites, both flours, baking powder, oregano, garlic powder, red pepper flakes and salt. Mix everything together with a fork until smooth. The batter will be thinner than traditional pizza dough—that's exactly what you want.
Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a thin circle or oval, about ¼-inch thick. It will be sticky, don't worry.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the crust from the oven and carefully peel it away from the parchment paper before placing it back onto the baking sheet.
Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the crust and top with chopped kale then top with the Italian cheese blend.
Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the edges are beautifully golden.
Finish with fresh basil, slice, and enjoy immediately.
