Ingredients

  • 4 large croissants cut open
  • 10 slices thinly sliced deli ham
  • 1/3 cup whipped chive cream cheese
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 6 eggs beaten with 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat Your Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. Spray the bottom of a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Prepare the Croissants: Place the bottom halves of the croissants into the dish, arranging them close together. Set the tops aside for now.
  • Spread the Cream Cheese: Evenly spread the whipped chive cream cheese on the bottom of each croissant.
  • Layer the Cheese: Lay provolone slices on top of the cream cheese and sprinkle the shredded Colby Jack cheese evenly over the top.
  • Melt the Cheese: Bake for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese starts to melt. Remove from the oven and add the chopped thinly sliced deli ham evenly over the cheese layer.
  • Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and ham.
  • Top It Off: Place the croissant tops back on and brush them with melted butter.
  • Bake: Return to the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the eggs are fully cooked. Serve warm and watch them disappear!
