This easy Holiday Ham & Cheese Croissant Bake is perfect for a festive brunch. Made with thinly sliced deli ham, chive cream cheese, Colby Jack, and provolone, it's a crowd-pleasing dish that will wow your guests!

4large croissantscut open
10slicesthinly sliced deli ham
1/3cupwhipped chive cream cheese
4slicesprovolone cheese
1cupshredded Colby Jack cheese
6eggsbeaten with 3 tablespoons milk
2tablespoonsmelted butter
Instructions
Preheat Your Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. Spray the bottom of a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Prepare the Croissants: Place the bottom halves of the croissants into the dish, arranging them close together. Set the tops aside for now.
Spread the Cream Cheese: Evenly spread the whipped chive cream cheese on the bottom of each croissant.
Layer the Cheese: Lay provolone slices on top of the cream cheese and sprinkle the shredded Colby Jack cheese evenly over the top.
Melt the Cheese: Bake for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese starts to melt. Remove from the oven and add the chopped thinly sliced deli ham evenly over the cheese layer.
Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and ham.
Top It Off: Place the croissant tops back on and brush them with melted butter.
Bake: Return to the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the eggs are fully cooked. Serve warm and watch them disappear!
