- 5 ounces Fresh Spinach sautéed, squeezed to drain liquid, & chopped
- 14 ounces Marinated Artichokes drained and rough chopped
- ¼ cup of Onion chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves minced
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Sour Cream
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese room temperature
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella shredded and divided
- ¼ cup Romano Cheese shredded
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a medium-sized dish with butter.
In a mixing bowl stir together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, garlic, parmesan, romano cheese half of the mozzarella. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in artichokes and spinach.
Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until lightly browned, and bubbly melty, about 20 minutes.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted baguette slices.
