Ingredients
5ouncesFresh Spinachsautéed, squeezed to drain liquid, & chopped
14ouncesMarinated Artichokesdrained and rough chopped
¼cupof Onionchopped
2Garlic Clovesminced
¼cupMayonnaise
¼cupSour Cream
8ouncesCream Cheeseroom temperature
1teaspoondried basil
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonpaprika
½teaspoonof red pepper flakes
1cupfresh mozzarellashredded and divided
¼cupRomano Cheeseshredded
¼cupParmesan Cheeseshredded
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a medium-sized dish with butter.
In a mixing bowl stir together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, garlic, parmesan, romano cheese half of the mozzarella. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in artichokes and spinach.
Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until lightly browned, and bubbly melty, about 20 minutes.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted baguette slices.
