Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces Fresh Spinach sautéed, squeezed to drain liquid, & chopped
  • 14 ounces Marinated Artichokes drained and rough chopped
  • ¼ cup of Onion chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella shredded and divided
  • ¼ cup Romano Cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a medium-sized dish with butter. 
  • In a mixing bowl stir together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, garlic, parmesan, romano cheese half of the mozzarella. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stir in artichokes and spinach.
  • Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until lightly browned, and bubbly melty, about 20 minutes.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted baguette slices.
