Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3/4 cup oats

Instructions

  • In a blender, add eggs, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla, banana and oats
  • Blend until consistency is smooth like a pancake batter
  • Heat mini waffle iron and spray with nonstick spray
  • Add batter to the griddle and cook for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown and cooked all the way through
  • Serve warm with homemade whipped cream or sugar free maple syrup
  • Add berries if desired and enjoy
