- 2 eggs
- 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 ripe banana
- 3/4 cup oats
In a blender, add eggs, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla, banana and oats
Blend until consistency is smooth like a pancake batter
Heat mini waffle iron and spray with nonstick spray
Add batter to the griddle and cook for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown and cooked all the way through
Serve warm with homemade whipped cream or sugar free maple syrup
Add berries if desired and enjoy
