Heat oven to 400 degress
Cube salmon into 1 inch cubes and set aside
To a small bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, mirin, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil and sesame seeds
Mix well and combine with salmon bites and toss to combine
Cut parchment paper into 2 large squares to place salmon and veggies in
Place veggies down first on the parchment paper then salmon bites on top, drizzle veggies with excess marinade
Tightly fold parchment paper and place on a baking dish
Bake packets on 400 degrees for 15 minutes
Remove and allow packets to cool then serve warm and enjoy
