- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp seafood seasoning of choice
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese or more to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Preheat the Griddle: Heat your Weber Slate Griddle to medium-high heat. This ensures even cooking and a perfect crust on the shrimp.
Prepare the Shrimp: In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, and seafood seasoning. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
Add Parmesan: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp mixture, ensuring each shrimp is well-coated.
Cook the Shrimp: Place the shrimp on the preheated griddle. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp is pink and the Parmesan forms a crispy crust. Add butter when shrimp is almost cooked through and oil as needed to keep shrimp from drying out
Serve and Enjoy: Once cooked, transfer the shrimp to a serving platter. Pair it with your favorite side dishes like veggies, rice, or roasted potatoes for a complete meal.
