Ingredients

  • 1 tube of Pillsbury Grands Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls cubed
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup half and half or heavy whipping cream
  • Pumpkin icing that comes in the package
  • Powdered sugar optional

Instructions

  • Before diving into the deliciousness, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan to ensure your monkey bread doesn't stick.
  • Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar Mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the melted butter with brown sugar, ground cinnamon and vanilla. Flavor further with pumpkin pie spice. This sweet and spicy blend will add a burst of flavor to each layer of your monkey bread.
  • Create Monkey Bread Balls: Unroll the Pillsbury Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls and cut each roll into quarters.
  • Prepare bunt pan: Spray bunt pan of choice with PAM cake spray or any nonstick spray of choice for baking
  • Layering in the Pan: Place the coated dough balls into the greased Bundt pan. Between each layer drizzle cinnamon sugar butter mixture on the dough. For the last layer, pour half and half then cover tightly with foil.
  • Bake to Perfection: Pop the covered bundt pan into the preheated oven and let your Pumpkin Spice Monkey Bread bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and it's doubled in size.
  • Glaze it Up: While the monkey bread is baking, use the provided icing from the Pillsbury Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls to whip up a quick glaze. After 10 minutes, release the monkey bread from the bunt pan and drizzle glaze over the warm monkey bread, allowing the glaze to seep into every nook and cranny.
  • Serve and Savor: Allow the monkey bread to cool for a few minutes before carefully turning it out onto a serving plate. The warm, sticky, and pumpkin-spiced aroma will surely entice everyone in the vicinity.

Notes

Use 2 Pillsbury cinnamon rolls for an even bigger monkey bread that will be enough to feede a crowd, double all other ingredients as well.
