- In a wok, add the frozen veggies and cook for 2 minutes or until veggies are thawed out and begin to cook. 
- Next, season the veggies with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Add soy sauce, chicken stock and honey then mix well.  
- Add in lo mein noodles (break into thirds depending on side of pan) and mix well.  
- Continue to mix until the noodles begin to soften (about 1 minute). 
- Allow the noodles to cook for about 5 minutes, stirring everything together occasionally, ensuring the sauce is not evaporating and nothing is sticking to the pan. 
- Sauce should begin to thicken and get richer as veggies and noodles soften.  
-  Once noodles are cooked to your liking, turn off the heat and serve. 
- Top with siracha or duck sauce to taste.
