Shrimp and Sausage Kebabs
These shrimp and sausage kebabs are loaded with pineapple, smoked sausage, and seasoned shrimp grilled to perfection for the ultimate summer cookout recipe.

- 1 lb Peeled and deveined shrimp tail on
- 1 lb Smoked turkey sausage cut into 1 inch rounds
- Pineapple chunks to taste
- Red bell pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp Lemon pepper seasoning
- Metal skewers
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Add the shrimp, pineapple, sausage, and red pepper to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with Old Bay and lemon pepper seasoning.
Thread everything onto metal skewers, alternating the ingredients throughout.
Place the kebabs onto the grill and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes per side or until the shrimp are fully cooked through and lightly charred to your liking. Cook time will vary based on the size of shrimp. I used large shrimp for refrence.
Serve immediately.
