Turkey Club Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 3 Slices of White Bread toasted
  • Mayo to taste on each slice
  • 2-3 slices of thinly slices tomato seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 2-3 leaves of romaine lettuce
  • 2 slices of crispy bacon cut in half
  • 2 slices of thinly sliced cheddar cheese
  • Long toothpicks to hold the sandwich together

Instructions

  • Toast 3 slices of white bread until golden brown and crispy. Spread mayo on one side of each toasted slice.
  • Place one slice of toasted bread on a clean surface, mayo side up. Add one layer of romaine lettuce, 1 slice of thinly sliced, seasoned tomatoes, 1 piece of bacon broken into two small pieces, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, and a generous layer of turkey.
  • Place the second slice of toasted bread on top, mayo side down against the turkey. Spread mayo on the top side of this middle slice.
  • Repeat the layering process with lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheese, and turkey on top of the middle slice of bread.
  • Top with the third slice of toasted bread, mayo side down, and gently press down to secure the sandwich.
  • Insert long toothpicks diagonally into each quadrant of the sandwich to hold it together.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut the sandwich into four equal triangles for that classic club look.
  • Serve with your favorite side—chips, fries, or a simple salad—and enjoy!
