Ingredients
1
lb
Atlantic Salmon filet
cut into 4 portions
1/3
cup
mayonaisse
1/3
cup
sweet chili sauce
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat oven 400 degrees
Pat dry salmon filets and season with salt and pepper on both sides
Combine mayo and sweet chili sauce in a bowl and mix well to combine
Use a spoon and gently distribute an even amount of sauce on all the filets ensuring you spread the sauce evenly to cover the flesh side of the salmon
Smooth the sauce then bake on a sheet pan on the top rack for 12-15 minutes depending on the thickness of your salmon and your desired doneness
Salmon is done when the sauce has become sticky and glazed and the fish is tender and flaky
Allow salmon to cool for 5 minutes before serving
Notes
You can also make this in the air fryer! Cook on 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until salmon is tender, flaky and cooked through
