Bourbon BBQ Glazed Pork Ribs

Ingredients
1 pack of pork ribs (about 2 lbs)
ribs can be seperated in the package or connected

tbsp
olive oil
1
tbsp
liquid smoke
1
tbsp
worcestershire sauce
splash of apple cider vinegar
1
tbsp
smoked paprika
1
tbsp
garlic powder
1
tbsp
onion powder
1
tsp
cumin
1
tbsp
brown sugar
For For Bourbon BBQ Glaze
Splash of bourbon

brown sugar
1/2
cup
sweet baby rays bbq sauce
more if you like it very saucy
liquid from ribs
Instructions
For Ribs
Remove membrane from the back of the ribs, wash and pat dry.
Drizzle ribs with olive oil, season liberally and add worcestershire sauce, splash of apple cider vinegar, liquid smoke and brown sugar.
Mix throughly and place in baking dish.
Cover with foil tightly and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours until meat pulls away from the bone easily with a fork.
For Bourbon BBQ Glaze
In a small saucepan, add liquid from ribs baking dish, bbq sauce, liquid smoke, brownn sugar and bourbon and bring to a simmer.
Allow sauce to simmer for 5 minutes. Sauce will have a looser consistency but that's ok.
Pour glaze on ribs and place back in the oven on 450 degrees until ribs have a nice golden char, about 10 minutes.
