- 1/2 bag of sour cream and onion chips with the ridges!
- 4 oz prosciutto thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup gouda cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup brie cheese sliced
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- Optional: Crushed red pepper flakes or hot honey for garnish
Preheat oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare nachos: Spread sour cream and onion nachos evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Add toppings: Layer nachos with shredded gouda, brie slices, and torn pieces of prosciutto.
Bake: Bake for 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and prosciutto is slightly crispy.
