Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag of sour cream and onion chips with the ridges!
  • 4 oz prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup gouda cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup brie cheese sliced
  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves
  • Optional: Crushed red pepper flakes or hot honey for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare nachos: Spread sour cream and onion nachos evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Add toppings: Layer nachos with shredded gouda, brie slices, and torn pieces of prosciutto.
  • Bake: Bake for 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and prosciutto is slightly crispy.
