- 1 lb thinly sliced deli chicken or 3 cups cooked chopped chicken
- 8 –10 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 12 slices colby jack cheese
- ⅓ cup prepared ranch dressing
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives

- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line with foil for easy cleanup.
Slice the rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
Layer chicken, bacon, and cheese evenly over the bottom rolls. Drizzle ranch dressing on top, then add the top half of the rolls.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter with chives, garlic salt, onion powder, and Parmesan.
Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes or until golden and melty.
