Ingredients

  • About 20 graham crackers lined on a baking tray with parchment paper
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Prep the Baking Sheet:Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the graham crackers in a single layer, covering the entire baking sheet. Set aside.
  • Make the Praline Sauce:In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the melted butter and light brown sugar. Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir until combined.
  • Add the Toppings:Pour the praline mixture evenly over the graham crackers, using a spatula to spread it to the edges of each cracker. Sprinkle the chopped pecans and sweetened shredded coconut flakes evenly over the top.
  • Bake Until Golden:Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the praline sauce is bubbly and the edges of the graham crackers are slightly caramelized. Keep a close eye to avoid burning!
  • Add the Chocolate Chips:Remove the baking sheet from the oven and immediately sprinkle the mini semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly over the hot graham crackers. Let the chocolate sit for 2-3 minutes to soften, then use a spatula or back of a spoon to gently spread the melted chocolate over the top.
  • Cool and Break into Pieces:Allow the graham cracker praline to cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, break it into irregular pieces and serve!
