Honey Soy Garlic Roasted Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Trader Joe’s Salmon Rub
  • 1 tsp seafood seasoning
  • For the Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle olive oil on salmon then season each fillet with salt, pepper, Trader Joe’s Salmon Rub, and your favorite seafood seasoning.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir in the honey and soy sauce, and let it simmer for another 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Brush the prepared honey soy garlic sauce generously over each salmon fillet, reserving a little of the sauce for serving later.
  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  • Remove the salmon from the oven and drizzle any remaining sauce over the fillets before serving.
