Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle olive oil on salmon then season each fillet with salt, pepper, Trader Joe’s Salmon Rub, and your favorite seafood seasoning.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Stir in the honey and soy sauce, and let it simmer for another 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
Brush the prepared honey soy garlic sauce generously over each salmon fillet, reserving a little of the sauce for serving later.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Remove the salmon from the oven and drizzle any remaining sauce over the fillets before serving.
