Juicy Beef Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
  • 2 tsp A.1. Steak Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Kraft Original BBQ sauce
  • 1 ½ lb. ground beef 80/20 fat
  • 1 cup seasoned Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp each all-purpose seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste

For Sauce 

  • ¼ cup of Kraft Original BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
  • ¼ cup of Kraft Heinz Ketchup
  • 3 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard *optional

Instructions

  • 1.       Heat oven 375 degrees  
  • 2.       In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, whole milk, seasoning, garlic paste, Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce, A.1. Steak Sauce and Kraft BBQ sauce 
  • 3.       Mix until fully combined being sure not to overmix  
  • 4.       Form meat into a loaf on parchment paper then transfer to a baking pan or loaf pan  
  • 5.       Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes 
  • 6.       While meatloaf is baking, prepare sauce 
  • 7.       To a small mixing bowl, combine light brown sugar, Heinz Ketchup, Kraft BBQ sauce and Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce 
  • 8.       Whisk well to combine until smooth  
  • 9.       After 50 minutes, remove meatloaf from the oven, drain any excess fat and then pour sauce over the top of the meatloaf and smooth  
  • 10.   Put meatloaf back in the oven for another 15 minutes or until internal temperature has registered 160 degrees F 
  • 11.   Allow meatloaf to cool before slicing and serving
