1 cup seasoned Italian breadcrumbs
1 large egg
¼ cup whole milk
1 tsp each (all-purpose seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika)
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 tbsp garlic paste
For Sauce
¼ cup of Kraft Original BBQ sauce
1 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
¼ cup of Kraft Heinz Ketchup
3 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard *optional
Directions
1. Heat oven 375 degrees
2. In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, whole milk, seasoning, garlic paste, Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce, A.1. Steak Sauce and Kraft BBQ sauce
3. Mix until fully combined being sure not to overmix
4. Form meat into a loaf on parchment paper then transfer to a baking pan or loaf pan
5. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes
6. While meatloaf is baking, prepare sauce
7. To a small mixing bowl, combine light brown sugar, Heinz Ketchup, Kraft BBQ sauce and Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
8. Whisk well to combine until smooth
9. After 50 minutes, remove meatloaf from the oven, drain any excess fat and then pour sauce over the top of the meatloaf and smooth
10. Put meatloaf back in the oven for another 15 minutes or until internal temperature has registered 160 degrees F
11. Allow meatloaf to cool before slicing and serving
