Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
Season cubed salmon then pan sear in a non-stick, oven safe skillet with olive oil on medium heat for about 3 minutes per side.
Once, salmon is nice and golden brown, remove from the pan and set aside.
For sauce, add butter to the pan with tomato paste and garlic paste and stir to combine.
Add heavy cream, and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.
Once the sauce begins to thicken, add seasoning, cheese and spinach.
Turn off the heat and combine sauce with noodles.
Add salmon bites back on top.
To finish the dish add some panko breadcrumbs if desired and finish in the oven at 450 degrees for 5 minutes or until the panko topping is golden brown.
