Oven baked old bay lemon pepper wings

Ingredients

  • 1 pound party wings
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp old bay
  • 1 tsp baking powder

For sauce

  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp old bay
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

To serve:

  • Ranch Dressing
  • Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 425 degrees
  • Wash wings and pat dry completely with paper towels
  • To the wings, season with old bay, kosher salt and garlic powder
  • Toss wings in baking powder until fully coated
  • Line wings on baking tray with a wire rack, spacing them at least an inch apart for even cooking
  • Cook wings at 425 degrees for 40 minutes, flipping half way through
  • Flip back to presentation side the last 5 minutes of cooking
  • While wings cook, prepare sauce
  • Combine melted butter, lemon pepper seasoning, lemon juice and old bay
  • Whisk well to combine
  • Toss hot wings in the sauce and reassemble on the baking tray
  • Broil on high for 1 minute
  • Serve wings with ranch dressing and parmesan cheese

Notes

You can deep fry the wings or air fry
