1poundparty wings
1tspkosher salt
1tspgarlic powder
1tspold bay
1tspbaking powder
For sauce
4tbspbuttermelted
2tsplemon pepper seasoning
1tspold bay
2tsplemon juice
To serve:
Ranch Dressing
Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Heat oven to 425 degrees
Wash wings and pat dry completely with paper towels
To the wings, season with old bay, kosher salt and garlic powder
Toss wings in baking powder until fully coated
Line wings on baking tray with a wire rack, spacing them at least an inch apart for even cooking
Cook wings at 425 degrees for 40 minutes, flipping half way through
Flip back to presentation side the last 5 minutes of cooking
While wings cook, prepare sauce
Combine melted butter, lemon pepper seasoning, lemon juice and old bay
Whisk well to combine
Toss hot wings in the sauce and reassemble on the baking tray
Broil on high for 1 minute
Serve wings with ranch dressing and parmesan cheese
