  • 1 pound party wings
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp old bay
  • 1 tsp baking powder

For sauce

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp old bay
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

To serve:

  • Ranch Dressing
  • Parmesan Cheese


  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Wash wings and pat dry completely with paper towels
  3. To the wings, season with old bay, kosher salt and garlic powder
  4. Toss wings in baking powder until fully coated
  5. Line wings on baking tray with a wire rack, spacing them at least an inch apart for even cooking
  6. Cook wings at 425 degrees for 40 minutes, flipping half way through
  7. Flip back to presentation side the last 5 minutes of cooking
  8. While wings cook, prepare sauce
  9. Combine melted butter, lemon pepper seasoning, lemon juice and old bay
  10. Whisk well to combine
  11. Toss hot wings in the sauce and reassemble on the baking tray
  12. Broil on high for 1 minute
  13. Serve wings with ranch dressing and parmesan cheese
