These crispy prosciutto wrapped mozzarella egg rolls are the perfect salty, cheesy appetizer. Easy to prep and impossible to resist!

Ingredients
6mozzarella string cheese sticksor fresh mozzarella cut into logs
6slicesof prosciutto
6eggroll wrappers
Small bowl of waterfor sealing
Cooking spray or a bit of oilfor air frying or pan frying
Instructions
Wrap the mozzarella: Lay out one slice of prosciutto and place a mozzarella stick on top. Roll it up tightly.
Assemble the eggroll: Place the prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella diagonally on an eggroll wrapper. Fold the sides in, then roll it up tightly like a burrito. Use a little water to seal the edge.
Pan fry: Add a thin layer of oil to a pan and crisp on all sides until golden and bubbling.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. I like mine with warm marinara or a spicy garlic aioli.
