Ingredients
1can refrigerated biscuit dough8 ct.
¼cupbaking soda
1eggplus 1 tablespoon water for egg wash
Coarse salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut each biscuit into quarters to create bite-sized pieces.
In a large pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add the baking soda and stir until dissolved.
Carefully drop the biscuit pieces into the boiling water in batches. Let them cook for about 20-30 seconds, then remove with a slotted spoon and place on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and 1 tablespoon of water to create an egg wash.
Brush each pretzel bite with the egg wash and sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake for 10-12 minutes on the middle rack or until golden brown.
