Ingredients

  • 12 oz smoked beef sausage sliced
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 1/2 lb green beans trimmed
  • 1/2 lb mushrooms cleaned and sliced
  • 1 tbsp garlic-infused olive oil
  • 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp old bay for shrimp

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • On the sheet pan, in quadrants without touching add the potatoes, green beans, mushrooms, and sausage. Drizzle with garlic-infused olive oil and sprinkle with all-purpose seasoning, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss to coat evenly, Don't worry about seasoning the sausage too much
  • Spread the mixture onto the prepared sheet pan in an even layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
  • While the rest of the food bakes, season shrimp lightly with olive oil, salt, pepper and old bay if you have it and return to the oven for another 10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven, mix everything together to combine the flavors, and serve immediately or portion into meal prep containers.
