Easy and Delicious Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil: A Flavorful Feast in One Pan!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb jumbo shrimp peeled, deveined with tails on
  • 1 smoked kielbasa turkey sausage chopped
  • 4 Ears of corn cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 2 cups small baby dutch potatoes halved
  • 1 medium white onion quartered
  • 1 small red onion quartered
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste

Seasoning blend

  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tsp old bay
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic butter seasoning or *garlic powder
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley to garnish
  • Lemon wedge to serve

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees
  • To a steam pot, add corn and potatoes and steam for 5 minutes until partially cooked
  • To a sheet pan or oven safe bake dish, add partially cooked corn, potatoes, sausage, onion, garlic, butter seasoning blend, reserve 1 tbsp of seasoning for shrimp
  • Bake those ingredients together for 10-12 minutes or until fragrant and partially cooked
  • While that cooks, season shrimp with remainder of garlic butter seasoning
  • Remove pan from oven and add shrimp
  • Add more melted butter to the corn and potatoes with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through and tender
  • Remove from the oven and serve with fresh parsley along side more melted butter for dipping if desired
