First, in a bowl,add ground pork, chopped shrimp, green onion, seasoning, egg, oil and splash of water.
Mix well with a spoon for about 5 minutes until a sticky, pasty mixture is formed
Cut wonton wrappers into 4 even squares if they are large and add about a tbsp of meat mixture to the center of the wrapper
Use your finger tip to add water to the sides of the wonton wrapper and then fold the wrapper into a triangle (covering the meat) and then bring the sides together to make the dumpling shape
Bring a large stockpot of water to a boil and cook dumplings for 10 minutes. Dumplings are done when they start floating to the top of the water and tighten up in appearance.
Remove dumplings from water and set aside and make dumpling sauce
