In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, carrots and bell pepper and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes, then add garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds.
Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
While the turkey is cooking, add the soy sauce, oyster sauce and seasoning
Once the turkey is cooked through, add the chicken stock and any additional vegetables of choice and let it simmer for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.
Assemble your bowls by starting with a base of cooked rice or any grain or noodle of choice.
Top with the flavorful ground turkey mixture and add your desired garnishes like a fried egg and sriracha.
Garnish with sesame seeds, chopped green onions and parsley for an extra burst of flavor.
