Ingredients
1lbground turkey
1/2small red onionsliced
1/2cupcherry tomatoessliced
1tbspgarlicminced
2tbspsoy sauce
2tbspoyster sauce
1tbspsriatcha
1tbspbrown sugaror any sweeter of choice
1lbof spiraled zucchini
Splash of chicken stock if neededzucchini reduces liquid as it cooks so a sauce will be created once it steams
1cupfrozen veggies of choicebroccoli, peas or any stir fry blend
1tbspolive oil or any neutral cooking oil of choice
Instructions
To a nonstick skillet or wok on medium heat, add olive oil
Brown turkey meat for a minute or two then add in red onions, tomatoes, and garlic stirring well to combine
To the pan, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriatcha and brown sugar stirring well to combine with ground turkey
Next, add zuchinni spirals and give everything a nice mix
Add in your frozen veggies of choice and cover the pan and allow it to steam for 5 minutes or until veggies are tender
A sauce will be created from the liquid the zucchini gives off, if you need a bit more sauce add a splash of chicken stock and continue to cook until desired consistency is achieved
Serve as is or with carb of choice like rice or noodles
Notes
If you like a thicker sauce, add in a tbsp of cornstarch to make it thicker!
