Turkey Zoodle Stir Fry

Enjoy a light and flavorful Turkey Zoodle Stir Fry, featuring zucchini spirals and tender ground turkey. A must-try for any dinner rotation!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 small red onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes sliced
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriatcha
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar or any sweeter of choice
  • 1 lb of spiraled zucchini
  • Splash of chicken stock if needed zucchini reduces liquid as it cooks so a sauce will be created once it steams
  • 1 cup frozen veggies of choice broccoli, peas or any stir fry blend
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or any neutral cooking oil of choice

Instructions

  • To a nonstick skillet or wok on medium heat, add olive oil
  • Brown turkey meat for a minute or two then add in red onions, tomatoes, and garlic stirring well to combine
  • To the pan, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriatcha and brown sugar stirring well to combine with ground turkey
  • Next, add zuchinni spirals and give everything a nice mix
  • Add in your frozen veggies of choice and cover the pan and allow it to steam for 5 minutes or until veggies are tender
  • A sauce will be created from the liquid the zucchini gives off, if you need a bit more sauce add a splash of chicken stock and continue to cook until desired consistency is achieved
  • Serve as is or with carb of choice like rice or noodles

Notes

If you like a thicker sauce, add in a tbsp of cornstarch to make it thicker!
