  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 small red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriatcha
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar, or any sweeter of choice
  • 1 lb of spiraled zucchini
  • Splash of chicken stock if needed (zucchini reduces liquid as it cooks so a sauce will be created once it steams)
  • 1 cup frozen veggies of choice (broccoli, peas or any stir fry blend)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or any neutral cooking oil of choice


  1. To a nonstick skillet or wok on medium heat, add olive oil
  2. Brown turkey meat for a minute or two then add in red onions, tomatoes, and garlic stirring well to combine
  3. To the pan, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriatcha and brown sugar stirring well to combine with ground turkey
  4. Next, add zuchinni spirals and give everything a nice mix
  5. Add in your frozen veggies of choice and cover the pan and allow it to steam for 5 minutes or until veggies are tender
  6. A sauce will be created from the liquid the zucchini gives off, if you need a bit more sauce add a splash of chicken stock and continue to cook until desired consistency is achieved
  7. Serve as is or with carb of choice like rice or noodles


If you like a thicker sauce, add in a tbsp of cornstarch to make it thicker!
