Valentine’s Day Hair with Head & Shoulders

To achieve the above Valentine’s Day hair look, I first did a quick pre-poo with the moisture care scalp soother by gently spraying the product onto my scalp. I loved the instant affect I felt—the product has a peppermint oil complex and vitamin E, which cools the scalp and improves moisture balance.

Next, I used the 2 in 1 moisture care co-wash to cleanse my scalp. This stuff smells amazing! It’s consistency is thick, rich and creamy (which I love in a co-wash). It’s specifically made for textured hair and formulated with vitamin E–rich almond oil and coconut essence to deliver enriched moisture for your scalp. Detangling was a breeze! I let the co-wash sit for about 5 minutes to really soak into my strands. I rinsed with cold water to lock in the moisture.

To style my hair, I decided to do a flat twist out on blow-dried hair. I blow-dried my hair into four large sections and made 6 chunky flat twists going straight back. I slept with my twists over night and took down the next morning—If you want to do this style in a few hours (day of your date), sit under the dryer for 1 hour to set before taking down. Curls will be elongated, bouncy and of course defined!
