Spring is finally here, and I couldn’t wait to refresh my home with small, thoughtful decor changes that make a big difference!

This season, I found so many beautiful pieces at Michaels and Target that helped bring a fresh and renewed feel to my space. If you’re looking for easy ways to update your home for spring, here are some of my favorite finds and styling tips.
1. Faux Florals with a Whimsical Touch
Faux flowers are my go-to for adding color and life to a space without the upkeep of real plants. This year, I took it a step further by adding clip-on birds and delicate faux butterflies to my arrangements in the dining room. It’s such a simple touch, but it makes them feel even more special and full of personality. Michaels has an amazing selection of florals and little decorative accents that make all the difference!
2. Spring-Ready Table Settings
One of my favorite ways to welcome the season is by updating my dining table. I swapped out my winter table linens for a fresh spring table runner and repurposed some seasonal napkins and dinnerware. Just adding a few floral or pastel pieces instantly makes the space feel more festive and inviting. If you’re hosting brunches or dinners this season, these little updates are perfect!
3. Warm Copper Accents
I love incorporating subtle metallics into my decor, and this spring, I added copper salt and pepper grinders to my kitchen and dining area. It’s such a small detail, but the warm tones add a beautiful contrast to my lighter, spring-inspired decor.
4. Neutral Taper Candles for a Cozy Glow
Candles are a year-round staple for me, but I wanted a softer, more neutral look this season. I swapped out bold-colored candles for muted, neutral taper candles that fit seamlessly with any decor. Whether on the dining table, coffee table, or a console, they add the perfect touch of warmth and elegance.
5. Statement Candles for Both Scent & Style
Speaking of candles, they aren’t just for ambiance—they can also be gorgeous decor pieces! This season, I picked out large statement candle in a soft spring color that double as decorative accents for the content I create in my kitchen. It was the perfect aromatic touch and replacement for the one I’ve been using over the past 3 months.
6. Seasonal Textiles in the Kitchen & Bathroom
A super easy and budget-friendly swap I love to make each season is switching out my kitchen towels and bathroom hand towels for fresh, seasonal colors. This year, I picked up some soft pastel and floral-patterned towels that instantly made these spaces feel refreshed and cohesive with the rest of my spring updates.
7. Spring Artwork for the Bathroom
Your bathroom deserves a little seasonal love, too! I added a piece of floral-inspired artwork to mine, and it completely transformed the space. It’s such a simple way to bring spring vibes into every corner of your home.
I love how these small updates have refreshed my home and made it feel so much more inviting for the season. If you’re looking for easy ways to embrace spring in your space, try incorporating a few of these ideas—I promise they make all the difference!
