If you’ve been seeing the viral Italian chip bag sandwich all over TikTok, let me show you the Jersey Mike’s Italian Chip Bag Sandwich version I’ll be making on repeat.
Instead of building the sandwich completely from scratch, I hacked it using one of my favorite subs from Jersey Mike’s.
I ordered a #13 Original Italian, Mike’s Way, brought it home, and deconstructed the entire sandwich. I finely chopped all the ingredients before tossing everything with a creamy homemade Italian dressing, plenty of freshly grated Parmesan, and finally folding it all into a bag of Sea Salt & Vinegar Miss Vickie’s chips.
It’s everything you love about a Jersey Mike’s Italian sub, but with an incredible crunch in every bite.
