Cranberry Bagel Ham & Cheese Bake

Ingredients 

  • 6 Thomas’ Limited Edition Cranberry Bagels, or English Muffins, opened
  • 6 slices thinly sliced deli ham, or more as desired (you an also use any breakfast meat you prefer: bacon, sausage, turkey bacon etc)
  • cup whipped chive cream cheese
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 4 large eggs, beaten with 3 tablespoons milk or heavy cream (can sub egg whites if desired)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter, for brushing tops

Instructions 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray the bottom of a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place the bottom halves of the Thomas’ Cranberry Bagels in the dish, fitting them close together. Set the tops aside.
  • Spread the whipped chive cream cheese evenly over each bagel bottom. Layer the provolone slices on top, then sprinkle the shredded Colby Jack cheese evenly over the surface. Bake for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese just starts to melt. Remove from the oven.
  • Add the thinly sliced deli ham evenly over the melted cheese. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk or cream, then pour evenly over the bagels and ham, letting it soak in slightly.
