Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potato Skillet

If you’re on the hunt for an easy recipe for dinner that’s sure to impress, give this Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potato Skillet a try.

Are you stuck in a dinner rut? Need a quick, tasty solution for those busy weeknights? Look no further! Inspired by TikTok sensation Luke, aka “Cooking in the Midwest,” my Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potato Skillet recipe is here to save the day.

This recipe is a game-changer for anyone craving a hearty, flavorful meal without spending hours in the kitchen. With just a handful of simple ingredients like tender chicken breast, aromatic onion, garlic, and hearty potatoes, you can create a dish that will have your taste buds singing with joy.

The star of this recipe is undoubtedly the homemade Parmesan garlic sauce. It’s creamy, savory, and oh-so-delicious, and the best part? It comes together in a flash, making it perfect for those hectic evenings when time is of the essence. You likely already have all the ingredients in your pantry and refrigerator which is a plus!

To start, cube your chicken breast, season liberally, and sauté it in a skillet with diced onion and minced garlic until golden brown and cooked through. I like to saute in a bit of olive oil and butter to ensure optimal caramelization. Then, add in your seasoned air fried diced potatoes and pour over that irresistible homemade garlic Parmesan sauce. Top it all off with a generous sprinkle of cheese, I like to use more parmesan and some melty mozzarella and pop it in the oven to bake until bubbly and golden, just a couple minutes!

The result? A comforting one-pan meal that’s bursting with flavor and sure to please even the pickiest of eaters. Plus, with minimal cleanup required, you’ll have more time to relax and enjoy your evening.
