  • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 ½ tsp sazon
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup fire-roasted tomatoes drained
  • 2 packages cheese Rice-A-Roni with cheese packet
  • 4 cups chicken broth reserve ¼ cup for later if needed
  • 2 cups Mexican cheese blend added at the end
  • Kosher salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large, deep skillet or braiser pan with tight fitting lid, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, sazon, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
