This easy homemade peach cobbler recipe is perfectly sweet with crust in every bite and ready in under an hour.

If there’s one dessert that feels like summer in every spoonful, it’s peach cobbler. I came across a version of this on TikTok from Britney of Losing with the Lawsons, and I was instantly inspired to try my own spin. Her recipe delivered on the crust in every bite promise, which is my favorite part of any good cobbler. I made a few tweaks to suit my taste and scaled it down to serve in a small cast iron skillet—perfect for a cozy night in or a mini dessert moment.
This easy homemade peach cobbler uses pantry staples and just one bowl. The peaches are warm and sweet with just the right amount of spice, and the crust bakes up golden with a soft, pancake-like texture underneath. I added a splash of whiskey for a grown-up twist, but you can skip it if you’d like.
The best part? You get buttery crust in every single bite without fussing over a complicated dough or biscuit topping. Whether you’re making it for guests or just yourself this recipe hits every time.
