Ingredients

For the Blackened Shrimp:

  • 1 lb Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Cajun or Blackening Seasoning to taste
  • Kosher Salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup of pre cooked broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup White Cheese Blend, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice to finish dish
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley for garnish

For the Linguine:

  • 12 oz Linguine pasta, cooked al dente

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside
  2. Season shrimp and sear on medium high heat with a little olive oil in a non stick pan

  8. Add cooked pasta and broccoli and toss well until combined
  9. Top with shreded white cheese and broil in the oven for 2 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly
  10. Top with cooked shrimp and broil 1 more minute to bring shrimp to temperature
  11. Top with lemon juice and fresh parsley to taste
