Hidden Broccoli & Chicken Pasta

This toddler-approved Hidden Broccoli & Chicken Pasta is creamy, comforting, and packed with veggies, perfect for picky eaters who normally refuse anything green.

If your toddlers are living on carbs and cheese right now… same. But recently, I pulled off a dinner miracle: they asked for seconds of a pasta dish packed with broccoli and chicken—and had no idea.

This Hidden Broccoli & Chicken Pasta is officially in my weekly rotation. It looks and tastes like their favorite creamy Alfredo but secretly blends in veggies and protein for a balanced meal that doesn’t feel like a fight.

The real magic? A mini food processor. I steam the broccoli until super soft, toss it in with some cooked chicken breast, Alfredo sauce, and reserved pasta water, then blend it until completely smooth. You could even sneak in cauliflower if your kid is on full veggie strike.

The trick is keeping the texture creamy and the flavor familiar. I always taste the sauce before mixing it with the pasta and adjust with more Alfredo if needed. Once it coats the noodles? Game over. They’re too busy inhaling dinner to ask questions.

I’m not saying this is the answer to all toddler food woes—but for those nights when you need a win? It delivers.

This hack has worked for both my boys, and it feels too good not to share. If you’ve got picky eaters and a blender, you’ve got dinner. Trust me.
