My Thanksgiving Menu is finally here. If you’re hosting Thanksgiving this year, take a deep breath. You’ve got this. It might feel like a lot to plan, but with the right menu, everything comes together beautifully. This is my dream Thanksgiving lineup, packed with flavor, heart, and a few fun surprises that make the holiday feel extra special.
Let’s start with the appetizer, because you always need something to snack on while the kitchen is busy. My Spinach Dip Crostini is creamy, cheesy, and perfectly golden when it comes out of the oven. It keeps everyone happy while the rest of the food finishes cooking.
For the mains, I like to offer a little variety. My Jerk Turkey Wings bring the heat and the flavor. They’re juicy, tender, and full of spice. Shout out to Walt for coining “tenderism” because that’s exactly what these wings are giving. Then I like to add Apple Cider–Glazed Chilean Sea Bass. It’s sweet, savory, buttery, and just fancy enough to make your aunt say, “Okay, chef!” And of course, the Honey Baked Ham. Because we all have that uncle who swears he doesn’t eat pork but somehow always makes a plate with extra ham on it.
Now for the sides, which let’s be honest, are the reason everyone shows up. My No-Roux Baked Mac and Cheese is creamy, cheesy, and perfectly golden on top. The Southern Cornbread Dressing is next. Call it dressing, call it stuffing, whatever you want, just make it. It’s herby, flavorful, and tastes like home. Then there’s Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Green Bean Casserole, and Parmesan-Crusted Brussels Sprouts for a little balance. I always add my Sweet Potato Cornbread to tie everything together. It’s soft, sweet, and adds just the right touch to the plate.
Dessert is where we go all out. Sweet Potato Cobbler, Peach Cobbler, and Sweet Potato Pie. Because picking just one never works.
Hosting Thanksgiving isn’t about perfection. It’s about making people feel cared for and full. If it sounds like too much, it probably is. But it’s Thanksgiving. And when you’re in charge, that’s kind of the point.
Whether you cook the full spread or just choose a few favorites, I hope this menu inspires you to have fun in the kitchen this year. Save this post, share it with your holiday group chat, and be sure to click the links to the recipes below.
